ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Current Working at Heights ticket
- Demonstrated experience in roofing
- Experience in metal roofing, roof sheeting and flashing
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliability, a good work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable
- Own tools and equipment
- Previous experience with a variety of roofing materials and applications
ABOUT THE ROLE
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Installing metal roofing and roof sheeting
- Measuring, cutting and fitting roofing materials
- Installing and fitting flashing to ensure weatherproof finishes
- Completing roofing work to a high standard
- Following site safety procedures and working safely at heights
- Maintaining tools and equipment and keeping work areas safe and tidy
