We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor for a FIFO role in Port Hedland.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring safety, productivity, and compliance standards are achieved while leading and supporting staff on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
- Lead and manage site personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Monitor and improve operational performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with site procedures, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Coordinate workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Investigate and report operational incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- Section 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor Qualification.
- Previous experience in a Mining Operations Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of mining and/or logistics operational environments.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
