CGL – Retail Services is the retail marketing division of the Clemenger Group. We are looking for motivated, adaptable, and confident merchandisers to join our National Field Team. There are opportunities available for immediate start near you. The role is in a fast‑paced retail environment and involves working with brands and products in major retailers such as Coles, Priceline and Big W.
About the Role
You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms/relays, point‑of‑sale set‑up, pricing, and ticketing in a variety of retail stores.

To be successful in this role you’ll need
- Outstanding communication skills to build relationships with store staff
- Attention to detail to execute tasks accurately
- Solution‑oriented mindset
- The ability to lift up to 15 kg
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- The ability to receive point‑of‑sale items at home address
- Confidence in using smart devices and apps
- Previous merchandising experience preferred; similar experience from other sectors will be considered
