CONTRACT WORKING FOREMAN – HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL
We’re seeking a Working Foreman for a contract role delivering a high-end residential project in Hunters Hill. The project is approaching the cladding and internal fit-out stages, offering an immediate opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded Northern Beaches builder.
The Role:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and trades.
- Hands-on supervision across cladding and internal fit-out.
- Coordinate subcontractors, programme and site activities.
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality, safety and workmanship.
- Drive the project through to successful completion.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Foreman on high-end residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of cladding and detailed internal fit-out.
- A hands-on approach with excellent trade coordination skills.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
The Opportunity:
- Contract position with immediate start.
- Weekly Pay
- $73 to $82 per hour (PAYG/PTY)
- Potential for the role to transition into a permanent, full-time position for the right candidate.
