The Role:
As Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating and overseeing maintenance and defect rectification works across completed residential homes. You'll work closely with trades and subcontractors, assess maintenance issues, organise repairs and ensure all works are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
What We're Looking For:
- Practical experience in residential construction, maintenance or a trade background
- Carpentry background highly regarded but not essential
- Strong understanding of residential building methods and workmanship
- Ability to identify defects, troubleshoot issues and coordinate repairs
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong communication skills
