CGC Recruitment is seeking a driven Site Manager or experienced Foreman to lead day-to-day delivery on high-quality residential and commercial construction projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. The role combines hands-on coordination with clear, empathetic leadership to keep projects safe, on program, and to a high standard of quality.
You will run daily site operations, coordinate trades, manage sequencing, access, logistics and deliveries, and drive a rolling 2–3 week look ahead.
