The site is ready to start, so you’ll be involved from day one and can set up the job properly and see it through to handover.

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading day‑to‑day site delivery from start through to completion
- Coordinating and managing subcontractors and trades to keep the program on track
- Overseeing quality control and making sure work meets the plans, specifications and Australian Standards
- Managing site safety and WHS compliance
- Keeping the Project Manager and client up to date on progress, program and any issues
- Managing deliveries, materials and site logistics on a tight coastal residential site
- Running inspections and certifier sign‑offs, and handling defects through to handover

- A current NSW Builders Licence

- Strong subcontractor management and the confidence to hold trades to program and standard
- A good eye for detail and a commitment to quality finishes
- Solid communication and organisational skills
- White Card and any other required site safety tickets
