Looking for more autonomy and the chance to make a real impact?
Join a well-established boutique engineering consultancy with a team of around 40+ delivering a strong pipeline of land development projects across WA.
Based in the Margaret River office, you’ll be the sole designer in a growing regional office, taking ownership of 12D design delivery while working alongside a supportive, close-knit team.
You’ll have the independence to manage your own workload, with support from the local team and weekly/fortnightly visits from the Perth HQ team.
With a strong project pipeline and a collaborative team this is an opportunity to take the lead in your role, contribute to a growing business and enjoy a change of pace.
About The Role
- Produce detailed designs using 12D Model and Auto CAD.
- Manage design tasks from concept through to detailed design and documentation.
- Work closely with engineers, project teams and stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
- Take ownership of your workload and ensure designs are delivered accurately and on time.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the regional office.
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil design.
- Strong proficiency in 12D Model and Auto CAD – essential.
- Previous experience delivering land development projects – essential.
- Able to work independently and manage design deliverables with minimal day-to-day supervision.
- Confident communicating with engineers, clients and project stakeholders.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership of your work.
