Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team delivering a large volume of investment homes in Caboolture & surrounding suburbs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing residential builder with a strong project pipeline, supportive leadership team, and a reputation for quality construction.

The Role
As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing up to 20 homes through various stages of construction through to handover. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and managing trades and subcontractors across multiple builds
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and site presentation
- Monitoring build schedules and ensuring projects remain on track
- Conducting quality control inspections throughout construction
- Ensuring compliance with all HSE and company standards
- Driving productivity while maintaining exceptional build quality
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence (essential)
- Previous experience supervising residential home builds
- Trade background in carpentry or bricklaying highly regarded
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Stable employment history and a commitment to quality construction
- Ability to build strong working relationships with trades and suppliers
