The Opportunity
Quality commercial builder requires an experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor for an immediate short-term project in Gawler. A multi-level ground floor, first floor and mezzanine fit out/refurbishment being delivered in a live environment, with existing tenants swapping floors throughout the works.

- Proven commercial fit out/refurbishment experience
- Confident coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
- Experienced working in live/occupied environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Safety and quality focused
- Able to hit the ground running from day one
- Strong organisational skills and ability to keep works moving
- Available for a short-term contract
