Cessnock Kids Preschool and Early Learning Centre is seeking an experienced educator to lead high-quality educational programs aligned with EYLF. The role involves confidently leading the planning cycle, mentoring colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
The successful candidate will have an Early Childhood Teaching degree (or actively pursuing one) or a Diploma in ECEC, with proven experience in an NQF setting, strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
