We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to join our client-side team, working directly under the Principal Architect. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented who wants to master client-side coordination, consultant management, and the project approvals process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultant Management: Provide scope and brief documentation to external consultants, obtain fee proposals, and secure Client approval for engagement. Track consultant progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Approvals & Documentation: Manage the lodgement of CDC/DA/CC applications on the planning portal. Create and maintain consultant lists and project status trackers.
- Quality & Coordination: Check delivered reports against scope, obtain necessary site access, and efficiently issue and save all project information to the team.
Who We Need:
- A background or qualification in Architecture is highly desired.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive work ethic and strong communication ability.
- Experience or familiarity with the planning approval process is a plus.
