Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to join their digital team, focused on Squiz DXP implementations for high-impact projects. This hybrid role (3 days in-office / 2 days WFH) is based in Sydney and suits someone with strong frontend skills and a passion for accessible, high-performing web solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality frontend solutions using modern frameworks (e.g., Vue, Nuxt, React or similar).
- Collaborate on Squiz DXP implementations within the digital team.
- Ensure web fundamentals, REST API integration, performance and accessibility are at the core of all deliverables.
- Contribute to websites, portals and intranets with a focus on responsive design and WCAG accessibility.
- Work with design systems/component libraries and support ongoing improvement of frontend architecture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of frontend development experience.
- Strong skills in Vue, Nuxt, React, or similar.
- Deep understanding of web fundamentals, REST APIs, and performance optimization.
- Proven track record building websites, portals, and intranets.
- Solid knowledge of WCAG accessibility and responsive design.
- Experience with design systems/component libraries.
- Bonus: Familiarity with platforms like Drupal, Sitecore, Kentico, etc.

- Location: Central Surry Hills office with hybrid flexibility (Sydney, Australia).
