Century Yuasa Batteries is seeking a Customer Service Support Officer to join our Carole Park head office in Ipswich. This 12-month fixed-term contract is full-time (38 hours per week) and focuses on delivering exceptional service and accurate processing of service-related activities, including order management, scheduling and reporting.
You should have 1–2 years in customer service or service delivery, and experience with ERP/CRM systems is desirable.
