Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service – Rockhampton QLD is seeking an Activities Coordinator for the Interim Care Unit at Sunset Ridge to plan, deliver and evaluate activities that support patients' physical, mental and social wellbeing, including those living with dementia.
You will manage recreation equipment, supervise volunteers and engage with community groups to keep patients connected.
A relevant qualification is highly desirable and you’ll tailor programs to individual needs.
