We are seeking a qualified and motivated technician to support our busy Service Department. This role is responsible for servicing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and customising customer and dealership motorcycles while delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
About the Role
As a Motorcycle Technician, you will:
- Perform servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
- Carry out accessory fitments and customisation work.
- Diagnose faults and recommend effective repair solutions.
- Complete repair orders, inspection reports and workshop documentation accurately.
- Conduct final quality checks to ensure work is completed right the first time.
- Work closely with the Service Team to ensure efficient workshop operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment and work areas in a clean, safe and professional condition.
- Participate in manufacturer and dealership training programs to stay current with product knowledge and technical developments.
What We're Looking For
To be successful, you will have:
- A Motorcycle Technician trade qualification or equivalent.
- A current Motorcycle Licence.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- The ability to interpret manufacturer service information and repair procedures.
- A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A safety-first mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Your own trade tools relevant to the role.
