The client is a new jewellery label launching in October 2026, featuring 10k and 18k gold with natural diamonds. The brand is not trend-led, with occasional drops rather than monthly releases. The pieces are designed to be kept. The brand name is not public yet, but can be shared under NDA or once discussions progress.

What we're making: A brand introduction, not a product advertisement. The goal is to immerse viewers in the world of the label β€” showcasing the setting, the hands, the light, and the feeling of the pieces being worn, rather than selling a specific item. The tone should be natural, outdoor, unhurried, and organic, with an editorial rather than commercial feel.

Location & conditions: The shoot will take place at a family farm in Highfields, featuring hilltop views, horses, and hills. All shoots will occur outdoors, requiring soft light conditions: overcast or early morning/late afternoon. Harsh midday sun is unsuitable due to shadows and heat, and rain will postpone the shoot entirely. A weather-contingent reserve date should be included in the booking.

Talent & crew on the day: Models will include two of the founder's sisters (non-professional, comfortable on camera). A stills photographer is already booked to shoot alongside you. The set will be small and informal, with no producer or crew wrangling required.

Stage 1 β€” Launch shoot (October): One day on location. Deliverables include:

  • Hero film, 60–90 seconds for the website homepage β€” this is the benchmark piece, near broadcast quality.
  • 15-second cut for paid social/ads, cut from the same footage.
  • 3–5 vertical social cuts (9:16) for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Full colour grade on the hero, licensed for web, social, and paid media, ongoing.
  • BTS (optional, same day): 2–3 hours of loose behind-the-scenes capture for organic social β€” handheld, unpolished, edit-heavy. This can be done by you, a second shooter, or a separate content creator; please indicate your preference.

Stage 2 β€” Ongoing content: Once the brand is live, we expect to shoot content regularly throughout 2027 for new drops, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing social media. We prefer to work with someone local to Toowoomba rather than flying people in each time, so Stage 1 is genuinely a first project, not a one-off. No commitment is required now; just indicate whether ongoing work interests you.
