About the Opportunity
This business delivers large-scale infrastructure for regional and remote Australian operators across agriculture and now needs a dedicated Marketing & Content Coordinator to take on the bulk of content and copywriting. The role is primarily focused on writing and coordinating content β blogs, website copy, social media, email marketing and sales collateral β alongside general day-to-day marketing support, including ownership of attendance and logistics for industry conferences and events. Priorities can shift quickly and the right person needs to be comfortable adapting fast. This is a genuinely hands-on, on-the-ground role.
The business is open to candidates early in their marketing career (including recent graduates with the right attitude) through to more experienced marketers seeking a regional move β culture fit, initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision matter more than years of experience. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and coordinate content and copywriting across blogs, website copy, social media, email marketing and sales collateral.
- Review, refine and 'humanise' AI-assisted drafts, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand and fit for the target industries.

- Own attendance and logistics for industry conferences and events, from planning through to on-the-ground delivery.
- Manage multiple projects and campaigns concurrently, largely coordinated through HubSpot.
- Own social media content, scheduling and day-to-day management as a core part of the role.
- Support basic design tasks where needed.
- Occasionally travel to project sites to gather content β photos, video and case study material.
