Social Media, Content & Creative in Sydney

We're cean (cean.com and @feelcean on Instagram), a fast-growing, wearable wellness brand making serious moves in fashion and wellness. Loved by Goop and worn by celebrities, we're building something exciting, and we want a seriously talented creative to come build it with us.

We're looking for a Content, Creative & Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content. Someone with exceptional taste, an instinct for what makes people stop scrolling, and the kind of energy that makes everyone around them better. You'll be working directly with our founders from our stunning, newly renovated HQ and content studio in the heart of Double Bay.

Think beautiful interiors, products worth talking about, a growing international audience and a team that moves quickly, thinks big and actually makes things happen. This is not a sit-back-and-wait-for-a-brief kind of job. You'll have ideas. Lots of them. You'll pitch them, shoot them, edit them, design them and see them out in the world. Sometimes all in the same day.

One minute you're shooting a TikTok with our founders. The next you're art directing a campaign, creating the visuals for an email, briefing a photographer or turning a spontaneous studio moment into something brilliant. You'll have real creative input, direct access to the people making decisions, and the opportunity to learn an enormous amount across every part of a growing brand.

THE FUN PART. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO:

• Make content people want to watch. Dream up, plan, shoot and edit brilliant short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Pinterest.
• Help shape the creative world of cean. Work closely with our founders to turn brand strategy into compelling content pillars, campaigns and storytelling.
• Make our studio your playground. Keep it shoot-ready, organise content days and make it easy for founders, models and creators to walk in and make magic.
• Get behind the camera. And sometimes in front of it. You'll direct our founders and creators, and you'll regularly appear in content yourself.
• Create campaigns from concept to launch. Build mood boards, write creative briefs, plan shot lists, work with photographers and direct professional shoots.
• Make our emails look as good as our products. Own the creative direction of our email campaigns, from layouts, graphics and imagery to messaging.
• Grow our audience. Bring your instincts, experience and curiosity. Experiment with hooks, create recurring series, test new formats, spot opportunities and turn great content into real growth.
• Keep the creative machine moving. Own the social and email content calendars, juggle launches, keep assets organised and make sure everything goes live beautifully and on time.
• Know what's next before everyone else does. Stay across what's happening on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.

NOW, ABOUT YOU:

We're not looking for someone who ticks boxes and waits to be told what to do. We're looking for someone with great taste, great instincts and a genuinely great attitude. Someone who brings ideas to the table, figures things out, takes initiative and gets a kick out of seeing their work come to life.

• You've grown something. Your own social channel, a brand account or an engaged community.
• You're a content creator at heart. You've spent at least two years making social-first content.
• You know your way around a camera. You're confident with lighting, shooting and advanced editing in CapCut or similar tools.
• You have a designer's eye. You're comfortable in Canva, Figma or Adobe.
• You're ridiculously organised. Multiple projects, tight timelines, launch dates and asset libraries don't scare you.
• You're culturally curious. You know what's happening online, who's doing interesting things and why certain content takes off.
• You're a team person. You ask smart questions, love collaborating, welcome feedback and aren't afraid to share your own ideas.
• You've got a can-do attitude. You're proactive, resourceful, happy to roll up your sleeves and always looking for solutions.
• Most importantly, you bring good energy. We work hard, move fast, have fun and care deeply about what we're creating.
