Supplying a diverse range of equipment to a wide variety of industries, CEA actively supports customers in the construction, rental, agriculture, government, infrastructure, defence, waste management, mining, civil works, utility maintenance, and recycling sectors. We are looking for an experienced Parts Salesperson to join our NSW team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands parts, and thrives in a busy environment. You’ll be responsible for supporting customers with their parts requirements, identifying and sourcing the right components, preparing quotes and processing orders.
About the role
- Responding to customer parts enquiries by phone, email and over the counter
- Identifying and interpreting parts to meet customer requirements
- Preparing quotes and processing customer orders
- Checking parts availability and coordinating supply
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Developing strong relationships with customers
- Following up quotes and identifying sales opportunities
- Working closely with the Parts, Service and Sales teams
- Maintaining accurate records within company systems
About you
- Previous parts interpreting or parts sales experience
- Experience within the automotive, agriculture, construction or machinery industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good computer and administration skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- A proactive and team-focused approach
- Good attention to detail
