CBRE is seeking a detail-driven Venue Operations Coordinator for a premium Sydney CBD venue on a 4.5-week temporary basis starting in early August. The role covers end-to-end coordination from enquiries to site visits, quotes, invoicing and space setup, with a strong emphasis on keeping operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have experience in venue operations or events coordination, be adept at handling a busy inbox and multiple priorities, and be available Mon–Fri.
