CBRE is looking for a Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of a retail centre in Townsville. Reporting to the Precinct General Manager, you'll turn asset strategy into practical centre outcomes, balancing financial performance, presentation, customer experience, retailer relationships and risk. This is a visible, hands-on leadership role.
In this role, you will:
- Contribute to and deliver the annual Strategic Asset Plan, securing support from internal stakeholders and translating priorities into action.

- Drive centre presentation and customer service through effective contractor management, capital and operational expenditure.
- Build trusted relationships with retailers, customers, councils, authorities, local businesses and other key stakeholders.

- Lead centre-level risk, health, safety and compliance, while developing team capability through regular development and performance conversations.
About You:

Proven experience as a Centre Manager or in a comparable retail property leadership role.
Strong financial capability across budgets, forecasts, operating expenditure and performance reporting.
