We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium industrial assets across Brisbane's south-west suburbs. Join one of CBRE's top-performing industrial property teams, delivering outstanding results for ESR Group - a leading global real asset manager with a significant presence across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
A snapshot of your day:
- Managing essential building services including fire, mechanical, hydraulic, security and landscaping contractors
- Driving contractor performance, compliance and service excellence across the portfolio
- Conducting regular property inspections and proactively identifying improvement opportunities
- Managing operating expenditure budgets and delivering cost-effective maintenance outcomes
- Coordinating reactive maintenance and minor works projects
What you'll bring:
- Experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations or Property Operations
- A solid understanding of industrial building services including fire, mechanical, hydraulic and essential services
- Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing multiple sites and competing priorities
- Experience with Yardi, Rapid Global or similar FM platforms (preferred)
- A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
