Bring your high volume administration experience to a busy national account supporting Charter Hall's national industrial and logistics portfolio.

Coordinate Help Desk requests, work orders and service providers. Keep reporting, meetings, documents and system updates moving across competing priorities. Build property and facilities exposure if that career path interests you.

This is a junior administration role, but it is a genuinely busy one. Priorities move quickly, requests come from different stakeholders and strong follow through matters every day. You’ll coordinate the moving parts that keep the account running, from Help Desk requests and vendor follow‑up to reporting, meetings and system updates.

You could be an early career administrator who loves this kind of work and wants to keep building those skills, or you might be curious about property and facilities management. Both paths fit. What matters most is that you have already worked somewhere busy enough to know how to juggle volume, stay organised and keep the detail right.

The Opportunity

  • Provide day-to-day administration and coordination support across the national Facilities Management team, including meetings, reporting and general account administration.
  • Manage Help Desk functions during business hours, acknowledging and following up tenant and stakeholder requests within KPI timeframes.
  • Coordinate vendors and service providers, raise work orders, track progress and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Maintain documents, workflows and system updates so information stays accurate and easy for the team to access.
  • Support ad hoc projects and shifting team priorities while keeping core administration on track.
  • Act as a reliable first point of contact, keeping communication clear between the team, tenants, stakeholders and service providers.

About You

You're an early career administrator or coordinator who has already proven you can handle a genuinely busy environment. You do not need property experience, but you do need to be comfortable with a high volume of requests, shifting priorities and different stakeholders needing answers at the same time.

You Will Bring

  • Experience in a high volume administration, coordination, customer service or operational support role where competing priorities were part of the day.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence dealing with different stakeholders.
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn new digital systems quickly.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the composure to reprioritise when new requests come in.
  • A practical, service focused approach and reliable follow through.
  • Highly regarded; Exposure to property, facilities, building services or a Help Desk environment.

So, what's in it for you?

  • Build strong administration and coordination skills on a national client account.
  • Work across contractor coordination, tenant requests, reporting and operational systems.
  • Gain property and facilities exposure if you want to explore that path, without needing to make it your career goal.
  • Use CBRE Academy and structured learning programs to keep developing your skills.
  • Flexible working across client offices, CBRE HQ and home.
