We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our high‐performing Property Management team in our Sunshine Coast office. Responsibilities
- Oversee end‐to‐end management of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring optimal asset performance.
- Build strong relationships with owners, tenants, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted adviser.
- Manage all leasing activity including renewals, rent reviews, compliance, and documentation.
- Prepare insightful monthly reports for property owners.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, payments, and arrears management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial property management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and client expectations in a fast‐paced environment.
- Proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant Certificate of Registration and knowledge of the local market.
