We're seeking a driven and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our high-performing Canberra team, managing a premium commercial portfolio for a major institutional client. This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of two A-grade CBD assets, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional performance, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing tenant experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee the end-to-end management of the portfolio, ensuring optimal asset performance
- Build strong relationships with owners, tenants, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
- Manage all leasing activity including renewals, rent reviews, compliance, and documentation
- Prepare insightful monthly reports for property owners
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, payments, and arrears management
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless property and building services
