CBH Group is seeking a Superintendent – Fertiliser Operations to lead day-to-day fertiliser receivals, storage, handling, blending and outturn across our sites. Reporting to the Manager – Fertiliser Operations, you will promote a strong safety culture and coach frontline teams to work safely and efficiently.
You will have proven leadership in fertiliser or related operations, plus robust understanding of operational risk and stock control.
