This isn't a role where you'll be stuck behind a desk filling out spreadsheets. The Role
As Workshop Manager, you'll be hands-on servicing and repairing our fleet while taking on responsibility for its end-to-end health β liaising with project managers, coordinating external specialists and keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Maintenance: Perform servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on motor vehicles, trucks (Crane trucks, EWP's, Tippers) earthmoving plant (Excavators, Skidsteers, Backhoes).
- Fleet Management: Building and overseeing preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
