For 40 years, Cazalys has been a celebrated fixture of the Cairns community, recognised for its local achievements and family-first spirit. With a world class sporting stadium, ever-changing live entertainment, a buzzing gaming lounge, stylish restaurant and children's entertainment area, there's always something happening - and we want you to be part of it.
The Role
We're looking for experienced, customer-focused Bar, Gaming & TAB Attendants to join our casual team. You'll be the face of Cazalys across our bar, gaming and TAB areas - delivering fast, friendly, high-quality service that keeps our members and guests coming back.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and can keep your cool (and your smile) through a busy Friday night, we want to hear from you.
Cazalys operates under the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award, which means you earn more per hour for working Saturdays and Sundays.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills
- Qld RSA and RSG certificates
- TAB-endorsed compliance training highly regarded but not essential - full training provided for the right candidate
- Availability across a rotation of shifts, including nights until 4am, weekends and public holidays
- Minimum 1-2 years' relevant experience
- A fast, efficient approach with a genuinely cheerful outlook
- The ability to stay on top of demand and handle a variety of customer feedback with professionalism
Why Cazalys?
Join a well-established, community-focused venue with a loyal member base and a genuine team culture - the kind of place people stay for years, not months.
