Jaga Jaga Greensborough seeks an experienced venue leader to own the day-to-day running of the restaurant, rooftop bar and events space. You will lead service from the floor during our busiest shifts, including weekends, with finishes up to 2am, and drive high standards across the team.
As a hands-on manager, you will roster staff, manage costs, and grow private functions, working with Directors on marketing and local awareness while maintaining compliance with Food Safety, RSA and WHS.
