Operations Support Officer – Weipa & Brisbane
Location: Weipa QLD or Brisbane, with regular travel.
Contract: Permanent Full Time.
Responsibilities:
- Ticket Processing and management
- Computer & Telephony support (including computer build and triage activities)
- Desktop Application support (with additional support from other application SME's as required)
- User support for Video Conferencing and Collaborative Applications
- Maintenance of critical IT infrastructure
- Call outs for high criticality incidents
Qualifications:
- Strong safety focus
- 3 years minimum experience supporting a mid to large size Windows desktop environment
- Demonstrated experience in providing high quality IS&T support and customer service
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent customer engagement skills
- Strong and demonstrable problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
