Catholic Care Social Services Hunter Manning is seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our Mental Health team in Taree, NSW.
This permanent part-time role (three days per week) focuses on coordinated, person-centred clinical care for individuals with severe and complex mental illness.
You will provide trauma-informed, recovery-focused support and work with clients, their GP, psychiatrist and other supports to deliver holistic care.
