CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to partner with senior leaders, strengthen culture, and navigate workforce complexity across our community services. This strategic, hands-on role requires IR/ER and WHS expertise, and a commitment to safe, compliant, high-performing workplaces.
You will report to the Executive Manager, People & Culture and deliver high-quality HR advice, lead complex employee relations matters, and drive people-focused initiatives.
