Catholic Care Central Queensland – Rockhampton QLD is seeking a compassionate Family Support Worker to join our team.
You will provide practical support, case management and services to vulnerable families within the Secondary Family Support program funded by the Department of Child Safety, Seniors and Disability Services.
You will work with parents to strengthen parenting skills, identify challenges and connect families with services to improve child safety and wellbeing.
