St Christopher’s Primary School is seeking to employ a classroom teacher to join our dynamic teaching team. There is the possibility of the position being available beyond 2027 and ongoing employment. Graduates are encouraged to apply.

St Christopher’s is seeking a teacher who is dedicated to catering for the individual needs of students and creating a positive classroom climate. The candidate must be a team player.
The successful applicant must have:
- Strong relationship skills with students, staff and parents
- An understanding and commitment to the MACS 2030 Vision for Instruction and Vision for Engagement
- Ability to use data to inform teaching in order to meet the individual needs of all students, especially in Maths and English
- Ability to create a positive and nurturing classroom environment
- A passion for teaching
- The ability to work within a team
- Current VIT registration
- Be accredited to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School and a passion for teaching Religious Education within the Catholic context or prepared to gain accreditation
- A strong commitment and proven record in Child Safety and the wellbeing of students
