We're looking for a strategic, hands‐on Senior Marketing & Communications Manager to lift our brand, sharpen our messaging and lead customer engagement across Catholic Healthcare.
You'll lead a talented team, influence senior stakeholders and turn insight into brand campaigns, communications and customer experiences that make an impact.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to
- Lead brand, digital and marketing strategies that support growth

- Oversee media and communications activity, events and campaigns from ideas to impact
- Lead inbound sales team ensuring seamless sales and customer service

- Senior marketing and communications leadership experience with a strong track record of delivery
- Strength across brand, digital marketing and customer engagement
- Commercial thinking and confidence using insights, data and market intelligence
- A natural leadership style that brings people with you
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, including confidence engaging with Board members and senior leaders
- Ability to manage priorities, budgets, suppliers and deadlines with ease
