You will oversee operational performance, financial sustainability and clinical governance, delivering outstanding resident experiences and guiding a multidisciplinary team within a not-for-profit aged care environment.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will drive occupancy, budgeting and quality, while building strong relationships with residents, families and the local community.
