Personal Care Assistant - Holy Spirit Dubbo
Location - Dubbo
Pay rate – $38 per hour + superannuation

We are looking for Personal Care Assistants to join our team at Holy Spirit Dubbo. We offer a variety of shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts across the week. As part of a dedicated team who work hard to create a safe, home‑like environment you’ll be responsible for:
- Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
- Supporting day‑to‑day tasks such as eating and social activities
- Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
- Maintaining documentation and working as part of a team to ensure our residents’ health and wellbeing are optimised
- Providing high quality service to families and the community
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
- Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
- Good communication skills
- A reliable team player
- Understanding of workplace health and safety
- A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Preference will be given to PCAs who have completed medication‑competency training as part of their Certificate III or Certificate IV studies
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
