Essential Qualifications

• Relevant industry qualifications (e. g. Certificate III/IV in Fitness, Swim Teacher or Coaching Accreditation).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Working with Vulnerable People Registration (employment category).
• National Police Check (less than six months old).
• Applicants must have current working rights in Australia.

Your role

You’ll be at the forefront of the customer experience, providing betting services, product information and support in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Deliver accurate betting transactions with speed and attention to detail.
• Provide friendly customer service across racing and sports products.
• Promote current oncourse and digital offers to customers.
• Maintain compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Share race day information including events, conditions and bet types.
• Support team success through collaboration, training and flexibility.
• What you'll need to succeed
• Experienced in delivering exceptional customer service experiences.
• Proven ability to work accurately in busy environments.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional approach.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, products and information.
