Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) is seeking a People Compliance Program Manager to join our People and Culture team in Bendigo. This full-time, fixed-term project role focuses on designing and implementing a comprehensive people compliance program across employee relations and payroll.
You will lead the People Compliance team, coordinate governance, provide specialist advice, manage multiple workstreams and engage stakeholders to deliver sustainable compliance and assurance.
