Catering HQ is looking for a dynamic and passionate professional with proven experience in end to end function and events coordination to join our talented and dedicated team at Brighton Lakes Golf club.

THE ROLE
Your primary responsibility is the execution of high quality, smooth running events which exceed client expectations whilst developing and maintaining these client relationships and to ensure that all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner and customer expectations are exceeded. This role also has operational requirements and is a hands on role.
Build and maintain customer database to leverage repeatable sales opportunities
Acquiring and following up on leads including preparing and presenting event proposals
Assist with end to end event coordination from sales to set up and delivery of an amazing event
Updating venue event packages as required
Generating new business opportunities
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role which includes event sales
Experience with IVVY Sales and Catering (or similar events program)
Proven ability to drive sales
Exceptional customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.
Engaging personal presence with outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills.
Exceptional attention to detail
Passionate approach to sales
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
Positive and flexible attitude
Self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
