Member Experience / Front of House (Part Time and Casual Positions available)
Catalyst Training Co. is a premium strength and longevity gym in Randwick, built for a community who train seriously and move well for decades. Our busiest, most important moments are early mornings and evenings, when our members start and end their day with us. We are looking for the right people to own those moments.
The role
This is a front of house and member experience role covering our peak times. You are the welcome at the door, the energy on the floor, and the person who turns an enquiry into a member. You will handle walk ins and enquiries, support members through their journey, and keep the standard high when the gym is at its busiest.
What you will do
Be the first point of contact for walk in enquiries and convert them into members
Welcome members and create a genuine, switched on atmosphere on the floor
Support the member experience and help new members settle in and stay
Hold front of house presence, cleanliness and standards during peak periods
Keep the floor running smoothly so coaches can focus on coaching
Who you are
Gym sales experience is necessary. You can turn a walk in into a member and you are comfortable talking memberships.
Gym experience is essential. You know how a training floor runs.

No coaching qualification needed for this role.
The hours
Part time, approximately 15 hours per week across five shifts, with real scope to grow as you prove yourself:
Monday 4:30pm to 7:30pm
Tuesday 4:30pm to 7:30pm
Wednesday 4:30pm to 7:30pm
Thursday 5:45am to 8:45am
Friday 5:45am to 8:45am
We are also looking for casual team members to cover shifts across the week, including our Sunday 7:00am to 4:00pm. For Sunday in particular, we would love to hear from anyone who knows their way around a gym: experienced floor staff, or a coach early in their career looking to build. If you can keep the floor in great shape, answer a member’s questions and run a tour, apply and tell us your availability.
