ABOUT THE ROLE...
- Assisting guests with gaming machine operations and responding promptly to customer enquiries
- Conducting regular checks and basic maintenance to ensure gaming machines are functioning correctly
- Adhering to all gaming regulations, compliance requirements, and internal policies
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming gaming floor environment
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive gaming experience for all patrons
- Accurately handling cash and performing gaming‑related financial transactions
- Collaborating with the broader club team to support seamless venue operations
ABOUT YOU...
- Current RSA and RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environmentwith a \"Can-do\" attitude.
- A willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Display safe work habits.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to operate independently and work effectively under pressure.
- Must have availability to work across a rotating roster, including late nights until 4am and early mornings.
