Overview

An outstanding opportunity for an accomplished senior commercial/retail property professional to take the lead of a diverse property portfolio and drive the strategic direction, performance and operational effectiveness of the property function. Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal leadership position will assume overarching responsibility for a portfolio spanning shopping centres, large-format retail (LFR), mixed commercial assets and other income-producing properties.

Working closely with executive leadership, leasing professionals, facilities management and external stakeholders, you will establish direction, drive accountability and identify opportunities to enhance the overall performance and value of the portfolio. We are seeking a commercially driven and influential property leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational execution and bring the experience, judgement and leadership capability to oversee an entire property management function.
