We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and manage day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple entities. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills, organisation, and working with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Payroll processing and superannuation compliance
- Cash flow management
- Workers Compensation and Payroll Tax reporting
- Preparing and presenting monthly P&Ls
- Preparation and lodgement of BAS
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Liaising with suppliers and senior staff regarding queries and deadlines
- Supporting external accountants with year-end and compliance work
About You
- Minimum 5 years experience with multi-client bookkeeping
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Strong communication skills and client confidence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience:
- XERO: Minimum 5 years (required)
- Google applications exposure an advantage
- Advanced spreadsheet and database skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving attributes
- End to end financial reporting
