You will translate high-level strategic vision into a cohesive, actionable plan, ensuring your team is aligned, effective, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
Key accountabilities for the role include:
- Strategy Delivery: Own the end-to-end creation and delivery of the consolidated product roadmap for the Ads Manager platform. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the key product counterpart to engineering, design, and broader business stakeholders. Drive alignment, manage dependencies, and facilitate clear communication to ensure seamless, efficient delivery of value.
- Stakeholder Communication & Alignment: Establish and maintain a rhythm of regular, open communication with key stakeholders to ensure strong alignment, engagement, and contribution to the product plan and roadmap.
- Operational Excellence: Champion and embed product management best practices in discovery, delivery, and go-to-market. Drive a data-informed culture, using insights to guide trade-off decisions and measure the impact of your team's work.
What you'll bring:
- 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a formal people leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record managing and scaling complex B2B/SaaS platforms, preferably within ad-tech, retail media, or eCommerce environments.

- An empathetic leadership style, dedicated to coaching and developing talent while maintaining a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Strong capacity to connect day-to-day product development with high-level business strategies and commercial outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, strategic "big picture" mindset, and resilience to navigate ambiguity while fostering team collaboration and alignment.
What you'll experience:
