Carruthers Contracting is seeking an HR Officer to join our team in Yandina, Queensland on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing human resources support across the organisation under guidance from the HR Manager.
You will be a key member of our HR and administrative function, contributing to the implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives that support our business objectives and employee engagement.
