Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers in Sydney is seeking an experienced Employment & Industrial Relations Lawyer to join our Employment Law team as a Senior Associate or Special Counsel. You will manage a varied caseload including workplace investigations, unfair dismissal claims, general protections disputes, restraint of trade matters, and advisory work for a diverse client base.
This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues, draft contracts and policies, prepare court and tribunal.
