The opportunity:
We're looking for a proactive, personable and motivated first or second-year law student to join our Marketing and Business Development team in our Sydney CBD office. This casual role is ideal for a student seeking experience in a reputable firm, with availability on three days of the week.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for new client enquiries, managing calls, entering details into our NCE database and referring matters to the legal team.
Key responsibilities:
- Handling new client enquiries with sensitivity and professionalism, following the Firm's NCE procedures
- Managing incoming enquiries from various advertising sources
- Maintaining and updating the New Client Enquiry (NCE) database
- Supporting the delivery of marketing and business development campaigns and initiatives
- Assisting with monthly reporting and internal communications
- Coordinating publications and supporting onsite/offsite events
- Providing general administrative support to the Marketing/BD team
Successful candidates will have:
- Currently studying law and/or marketing
- Warm, engaging and client-focused communication style
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Available to work three days per week.
