As a Sales Consultant at CarpetCall, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for our leading home furnishings division. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills and build lasting relationships with both residential and commercial customers.
What you'll be doing:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Strive to achieve weekly targets.
- Demonstrate products and present product knowledge in a compelling and informative manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- Provide excellent post-sale customer service and follow up on customer queries.
We are looking for sales consultants across our 15 store network:
- Sales experience is helpful but not a prerequisite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent product knowledge and the desire to continually learn about new products and trends.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- A professional, customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed to meet customer demands.
